DAN GOLDMAN ENDORSED BY THE NEW YORK TIMES EDITORIAL BOARD

New York, NY - Dan Goldman, candidate for Congress in NY-10 and lead counsel for Trump’s first impeachment, was today endorsed by the New York Times Editorial Board, citing his “uncommon experience, particularly his knowledge of congressional oversight and the rule of law.”

“Our first priority has to be to protect and defend our democracy. Because Donald Trump still controls the Republican Party, he still is the front-runner to become the 2024 nominee,” Dan Goldman said in his interview with the Board. “So this is the unprecedented existential threat that we are facing, and it frankly is why I’m running. Because I was on the front lines, I have dealt with Donald Trump before, and I am very, very concerned about our democracy.”

Along with the New York Times, Goldman has so far been endorsed by Assemblymember Robert Carroll, Assemblymember Brian Cunningham, former Lieutenant Governor Richard Ravitch, former Representative Steve Israel, former Representative Ed Towns, Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, Teamsters Local 202, the President and Vice President of Jacob Riis Houses Tenants Association, Village Independent Democrats, the Steady State, and is a Moms Demand Action Gun Sense Candidate.
